Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong or incomplete item.
- The product does not match its description.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.
- Photos or videos may be required for verification.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as Final Sale.
- Customized or personalized bags.
- Used or damaged items after delivery.
- Unsealed accessories.
4. Return Process
- Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order details and issue.
- A pickup will be arranged or a return address will be provided.
- Refund or replacement will be processed after product inspection.
5. Refunds

- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
